Wipe it clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it air dry; never in the washing machine. Keep the metal parts dry and away from perfume. Take it off your bag before you wash the bag, and store it separately in a pouch or box.
Returns
You can return without giving a reason, using the return form or by email. After that you have another 14 days to send your item back. Request a return label from us: it costs € 3.74 in the Netherlands and is deducted from your refund, with no other costs. Please return your item carefully and as complete as possible. Delivery
In stock: our guideline is to ship your order within 2 to 3 business days with PostNL, and you receive track & trace when available. In the Netherlands and Belgium you usually have it at home within 3 to 5 business days after ordering, in most other EU countries within 4 to 10 business days. These are guidelines, not guarantees: during busy periods, sales and holidays it can take longer.
