What data we collect

We process the following personal data, depending on how you use our website.

Why we process this data

We process your data for the following purposes, each based on a legal ground.

For processing and delivering your order, including payment, shipping, and customer service. This is necessary for the performance of the agreement.

For sending our newsletter with new products, offers, and discount codes. This is done solely based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.

For sending an invitation to write a review after your order, and service emails about your order (such as the confirmation and shipping notification). This is based on the performance of the agreement and our legitimate interest in improving our products and service; you can always unsubscribe from review invitations.

For answering questions via our contact form. This is based on our legitimate interest in serving our customers.

For analyzing and improving our website and, if we use advertising services, showing relevant ads on platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok. This is done based on your consent, which you can give or refuse via our cookie banner.

For complying with legal obligations, such as our administration and retention requirements for the Tax Authorities.

Who we share your data with

We never sell your data to third parties. We only share data with parties that help us provide our services, including:

Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland), for hosting and managing our webshop, the checkout, the newsletter form (Shopify Forms), and payments via Shopify Payments.

Our payment providers, for securely processing payments (e.g., iDEAL and credit card).

Our delivery partners and shipping software (MyParcel), for creating shipping labels and delivering your order.

Klaviyo (Klaviyo Inc., United States), our email marketing tool, for sending the newsletter and, if you have consented to this, emails about products you have viewed or left in your shopping cart.

Judge.me, our review tool, for sending an invitation to write a review after your order and displaying reviews on our website.

HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Ltd., Ireland), for customer contact and website statistics, if you have consented to this via the cookie banner.

Google, Meta, and TikTok, only if we use their advertising services and you have consented to marketing cookies, for the purpose of website analytics and personalized advertisements.

How long we store your data
