Shipping & returns

Shipping

We ship your order within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of your payment via PostNL. Within the Netherlands, you will usually receive your order within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order. During busy periods, promotions, and holidays, it may take a little longer.

We always send your order in one package; this helps us save on packaging and transport. If your order contains a pre-order, please read how that works under Pre-orders below.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace.

Shipping costs

You will always see the shipping costs for your order before finalizing your order at checkout. For orders outside the EU, import duties or local taxes may apply in the destination country.

These are estimates based on PostNL's delivery times. Due to high volumes at the carrier or customs inspections, it may sometimes take longer.

Pre-orders

If you order an item as a pre-order, we will order it specially for you. The expected shipping timeframe is stated on the product page and in your shopping cart: within 2 weeks or within 4 weeks, depending on the item. This is a guideline, not a hard deadline: we are dependent on our supplier, but we do our very best to ship on time.

• Everything in one package: if your order contains a pre-order, we will ship everything together as soon as all items are in stock. The longest delivery time in your shopping cart therefore determines when your package will be shipped. Would you like to receive in-stock items sooner? Please order them separately.
• If it takes longer, we will let you know immediately. You can then choose to wait or cancel free of charge; if you cancel, you will receive a full refund for that item.
• If an item appears to be unavailable after you have placed your order, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.

Returns (right of withdrawal)

In short: you have 14 days to change your mind. You pay for sending the items back. If you return everything, you also get your shipping costs back. If you return part of your order, you only get back the amount for those items.

Do you wish to cancel your purchase? You can do so within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. You can notify us via:

• Withdraw from your order (online, via your orders or the form);
• by e-mail via info@noxiethelabel.nl, possibly using the model withdrawal form.

After your notification, you have a maximum of 14 days to send the items back.

Return costs

If you cancel your purchase, the costs of sending the items back are for your own account. You can do this in two ways:

• you arrange and pay for the return label yourself; or
• you ask us by e-mail for a return label (within the Netherlands a PostNL mailbox parcel). We deduct the cost of that label, € 3.74, from your refund.

No other costs are added.

We recommend sending your return via a traceable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt until the return has been processed.

Conditions for returning

You may inspect and assess an item as you would in a physical store.

We ask you to:

• handle the item with care;
• return the item complete, if possible;
• return the item in its original packaging, if possible.

If an item has been used more than necessary to assess it and has consequently lost value, this depreciation may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Refunds

Returning the entire order

Are you returning all items from your order? Then we will refund:

• the purchase price;
• the original shipping costs, up to a maximum of the amount of our cheapest standard shipping option.

Additional costs for a more expensive shipping option are not refunded.

Returning part of the order

Are you returning part of your order? Then we will refund:

• only the purchase price of the returned items.

The original shipping costs will not be refunded in this case.

Discounts that depend on the number of items (for example 3 bag charms or 3 brooches for 10% off): if fewer items remain after your return than are needed for that discount, the discount no longer applies to the items you keep. We deduct the corresponding discount amount from your refund. Our confirmation shows how we calculated the amount.

When will you receive your refund?

We will provide a refund as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you are cancelling the purchase. We may withhold the refund until:

• we have received your return; or
• you have provided proof that you have returned the items.

The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method.

Received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item?

Do not return the item at your own expense immediately. Please contact us first and include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos if possible.

When the problem is the responsibility of Noxie The Label, we will provide an appropriate solution and cover the return shipping costs. You can read more about your rights on the legal warranty page.

If your package seems to be missing or you cannot resolve the issue, please contact us with your order number.
