Frequently asked questions

How do I hang a charm on my phone?

You need a phone strap or a phone tab: a clear patch with a loop that you place between your phone and its case. Clip the charm onto the loop. Our beaded phone straps already come with this patch.

Which charms suit my phone?

Everything on this page: we only picked the smaller, lighter charms, so they do not hang too heavily from your phone.

Can I also hang them on my bag?

Yes, every phone charm here is also a bag charm or bag chain. See all bag charms.

How does 3 = 10% off work?

Put any 3 bag charms in your cart (mix and match) and 10% is deducted automatically. You can combine it with a discount code. In the Netherlands, shipping is then free too.

When will my order arrive?

In stock items: our guideline is 3 to 5 business days to your door in the Netherlands. Shipping in the Netherlands is free from €25.
