Returns

Want to cancel your purchase? Notify us within 14 days of receipt via the withdrawal form or by e-mail at info@noxiethelabel.nl. You do not have to give a reason. After your notification you have up to 14 more days to send the items back.

Return address: you will see the return address as soon as you have registered your return via the registration form.

Return costs

For a standard return, the cost of sending the items back is at your own expense. You arrange and pay for the return label yourself, or you ask us by e-mail for a return label (within the Netherlands a PostNL letterbox parcel). We deduct the cost of that label, € 3.74, from your refund. No other costs are added. We recommend sending your return with a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment until the return has been processed.

Conditions

You may inspect and assess an item as you would in a physical shop. Please handle the item with care and return it as complete as possible and, where possible, in its original packaging. If an item has been used more than necessary to assess it and has lost value as a result, this loss in value may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Refund

Entire order returned: we refund the purchase amount and the original shipping costs, up to the amount of our cheapest standard shipping option.

Part of the order returned: we only refund the purchase amount of the returned items. The original shipping costs are then not refunded. If a discount depended on the number of items (for example 3 bag charms or 3 brooches for 10% off) and fewer items remain after your return than needed for that discount, the discount no longer applies to the items you keep. We deduct the corresponding discount amount from your refund.

We refund as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days, via the same payment method you paid with. We may wait with the refund until we have received your return or until you can show that you have sent the items back.

Wrong, damaged or defective item?

Do not send the item back at your own expense straight away. Contact us first at info@noxiethelabel.nl with your order number, a short description and, if possible, photos. If the problem is our responsibility, we will arrange a suitable solution and cover the return costs.
